Cancellation an Refund Policy for High Horizons Adventures
At High Horizon Adventures, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional experiences that exceed their expectations. However, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Therefore, we have crafted the following refund policies to ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers. Below are the refund policies based on each program type.
Any disruptions or cancellations to services will be posted on our social media channels and communicated to participants via email.
Yoga Program
Namaste!We’re thrilled to have you as part of our outdoor yoga program, conducted by High Horizons Adventures. Your commitment to your yoga practice is truly commendable, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is both enriching and enjoyable. To facilitate this, we have established the following policies.
No-show Policy: Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions for Inclement Weather: While we encourage practicing yoga in various weather conditions, your safety is paramount. Therefore, the only exception to our no refunds policy is in the case of inclement weather that poses a risk to your well-being. If a class is canceled due to weather conditions, High Horizons Adventures will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Advance Notice for Class Switching: Recognizing the unpredictability of life, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you find yourself unable to attend a scheduled class, we encourage you to provide advance notice within 48 hours of the start of class. With sufficient notice, we may be able to accommodate switching to a different outdoor yoga class within our program.
Please consider the following guidelines for class switching:
Advance Notice: Requests for class switching must be made with a minimum of 48 hours in advance notice.
Availability: Class switching is subject to availability in the desired alternative class.
One-time Switch: Participants are allowed a one-time switch per program. Additional switches may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject approval by yoga instructor.

We’re thrilled to introduce you to some of our favorite spots, share fascinating stories, delve into its rich history, and celebrate all the things that make this city feel like home to so many of us. At High Horizon Adventures, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and flexibility for all our customers.
No-show Policy: Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled adventure without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Therefore, the only exception to our no refunds policy is in the case of inclement weather that poses a risk to your well-being. If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, High Horizons Adventures will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellation and Refund Requests: Refunds will be provided for the full amount paid if the cancellation request is made within 15 days before the scheduled tour. If request is made after the deadline then 20% of event total will be refunded. When a refund is issued please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you find yourself unable to attend a scheduled tour, we encourage you to provide advance notice within 48 hours of the start of the tour. With sufficient notice, we may be able to accommodate switching to a different tour.
