Intro To Yoga

Welcome to our Intro to Yoga class, held in the tranquil setting of James Jesk Park, Oak Forest.
Discover the foundations of yoga in this 60-minute session, designed to break down essential poses, breathing techniques, and principles of balance and stability. Perfect for beginners, these classes provide a supportive environment to learn and understand the basics, giving you the confidence and knowledge to start your own yoga practice.
Upon arrival: Check in starts 10 mins before class, look for our orange event tent.
Class starts at 6pm on Wednesdays
Equipment Needed: Water Bottle, Yoga Mat,
Optional Equipment: Yoga Block, Stretch Band
Onsite Equipment rental available. All proceeds from rentals contribute to the High Horizons Adventures Firewood Fund.
